From hairdresser to associate Bonhomme
"I've been with Bonhomme for 5 years. I started out as a hairdresser at the Montorgeuil salon, and loved my time with the big team on rue Saint Denis, but very soon I wanted to open my own salon. Bonhomme gave me the opportunity to open a salon and become a partner. With the support of the group, I was soon able to open a small salon in the Rue de Trévise that reflected my personality. Today, I run my own salon, I make Bonhomme shine and I'm proud to be part of the company and of the path I've travelled."
Opportunities, development, training.
SEE THE BEST IN EVERYONE.
At Bonhomme, we develop our employees so that they are well aligned with their aspirations. Continuing training (male trends, tricopigmentation, facials, etc.), development (manager, supervisor), we offer them a long-term career plan with opportunities for change and rapid acceleration. LinkedinMEET ANNE-LAURE FROM CAP TO COORDINATOR
"After business school, I worked in the import-export sector as a buyer, but very quickly I felt the need for a more artistic, more human profession, and hairdressing was an obvious choice for me. I started at Cute ( Bonhomme's colorist little sister) as an apprentice, and passed my CAP at the age of 25. Then it all happened very quickly: I passed my BP and in the process took on the position of manager of this salon, thanks to my human and managerial qualities. Today, my position has evolved even further, and I'm now the coordinator, responsible for instilling the spirit of Bonhomme and Cute in our managers, helping them to perform more effectively and to be closer to their teams, in the firm belief that people are at the heart of this wonderful profession based on know-how and sharing."
